Want a healthy alternative to buffalo wings? Try this delicious baked buffalo cauliflower recipe. This recipe makes a great game day snack or party addition. Try making some ahead of time and using as a salad topper or in a buffalo cauliflower wrap!

Why eat more cauliflower? It's high in fiber, folic acid, Vitamin C and potassium. It can help fight infection in our bloodstream. How to Make

Cauliflower

Thoroughly wash the cauliflower and remove the florettes from the stems. 


Mix the Sauce

  • Combine Hot Sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black peper, and cayenne pepper

             in a large mixing bowl

  • In a sauce pan, melt butter 

  • Add the remaining ingredients in saucepan until heated

Evenly spread cauliflower in baking pan. Completely cover cauliflower with buffalo sauce and cook at 350 degrees until cauliflower is tender and golden brown on edges. You can broil for a few minutes to get a golden brown roast.

Ingredients

  • 1 large head Cauliflower

  • ½ cup Franks Hot Sauce

  • ½ cup cubed unsalted organic butter or ghee

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon paprika

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • Optional- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
