How to Make
Cauliflower
Thoroughly wash the cauliflower and remove the florettes from the stems.
Mix the Sauce
Combine Hot Sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black peper, and cayenne pepper
in a large mixing bowl
In a sauce pan, melt butter
Add the remaining ingredients in saucepan until heated
Evenly spread cauliflower in baking pan. Completely cover cauliflower with buffalo sauce and cook at 350 degrees until cauliflower is tender and golden brown on edges. You can broil for a few minutes to get a golden brown roast.
Ingredients
1 large head Cauliflower
½ cup Franks Hot Sauce
½ cup cubed unsalted organic butter or ghee
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Optional- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
