How to Make
Combine beans, artichoke, three tablespoons of the artichoke oil, greek yogurt, garlic, and lemon juice to a blender. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a baking dish and fold in 1/2 a cup of parmesan cheese, yellow onion, and salt—Bake on high at 425 for 30 minutes. Remove from heat, add parmesan cheese and black pepper and return to the oven for an additional 15 minutes.
