One of the most nutritious lentils, the Cannellini bean, is described as a mood enhancer. The mild flavor of Cannellini beans pairs nicely with artichokes creating a flavorful and healthy appetizer. You can munch on this appetizer throughout the entire party!

Cannellini Artichoke Bean Dip

How to Make

Combine beans, artichoke, three tablespoons of the artichoke oil, greek yogurt, garlic, and lemon juice to a blender. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a baking dish and fold in 1/2 a cup of parmesan cheese, yellow onion, and salt—Bake on high at 425 for 30 minutes. Remove from heat, add parmesan cheese and black pepper and return to the oven for an additional 15 minutes.

2 tbsp of plain greek yogurt

1 cup of parmesan cheese

1/2 tsp of salt
