Cacao Almond Butter Mouse

How to Make

Mix silken tofu, banana, peanut butter, cacao powder, and maple syrup to a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth and creamy. Put the container into the refrigerator.⁠


Whip up the aquafaba- drain the chickpea water into a large and clean mixing bowl. You will need 1/3 to 1/2 cup of chickpea water. Whip with an electric hand mixer. After about 8 minutes, add the lemon juice and whip until you have stiff peaks. Whip for about 10 minutes in total then gently fold the aquafaba into the banana mixture. ⁠


Decorate with cacao nibs, coconut whip cream and enjoy!

1 small banana⁠

1/2 cup creamy almond butter⁠

3 tbsp maple syrup⁠

1/3 to 1/2 cup aquafaba from one can of chickpeas⁠

1 tsp lemon juice
