How to Make
Mix silken tofu, banana, peanut butter, cacao powder, and maple syrup to a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth and creamy. Put the container into the refrigerator.
Whip up the aquafaba- drain the chickpea water into a large and clean mixing bowl. You will need 1/3 to 1/2 cup of chickpea water. Whip with an electric hand mixer. After about 8 minutes, add the lemon juice and whip until you have stiff peaks. Whip for about 10 minutes in total then gently fold the aquafaba into the banana mixture.
Decorate with cacao nibs, coconut whip cream and enjoy!
6 oz silken tofu firm, drained
1 small banana
1/2 cup creamy almond butter
3 tbsp maple syrup
1/3 to 1/2 cup aquafaba from one can of chickpeas
1 tsp lemon juice
