Get to Know this recipe

One of our goals for a healthier, more mindful lifestyle is to know what we're eating. This recipe allows us to reach that goal and have instant satisfaction for those efforts. With only two (three if you count the dash of salt), we know what we're eating. But, what's great is that these little hot, fresh bread medallions are that they taste sinfully good! So good you will want to share them with all your visitors, and why not, they are that easy to make! They are perfect for dipping in sauces at your next party. You could also use this recipe to make them large enough to use as a lunch wrap. How great is that? ZERO preservatives!

How to Make

1. In a large bowl, combine the flour and yogurt. You can use your hands to make sure the two come together and form a rollable ball.

2. Flour a flat surface and roll out the ball of dough. Add a little flour on top to stop it sticking to the rolling pin. Cut the dough into 8/10 pieces depending on large you want them.

3. We recommend rolling each piece out fully by itself and rolling the dough until its thin, as it will expand a little during the cooking step. Repeat this process for each piece.

4. Add a grapeseed oil to a pan and cook each piece individually for 2 minutes before flipping and cooking for a further 2 minutes.

5. Remove from the pan and repeat for every piece.

Season as desired. We used rosemary and highly recommend it! You can also use salt, basil or even sweet seasoning like honey.
